The website for Burn the Fat is well planned, and easy to read. It uses centered text and different text sizes to keep your eye moving down the page. The site has a lot of information on it, and promises permanent fat loss and changes in your body in only 49 days. The first call to action on the page is a video presentation. It’s very well done, and a little different, in that all of the script is written out, so you can read along.
Tom Venuto is a 7 times Mr. Natural Bodybuilding Champ, meaning he didn’t use steroids. He discovered, as a junior in college, an 80 year old study by William Sheldon that focused on the right kind of foods for certain body types. This inspired him to do more research on body type and food sources. This explains why one person can eat a certain type of food and stay slim, but if you eat the same thing, you’ll gain weight. Venuto decided to start his own fat-burning regimen. By the time he was a senior in college, he had gone from being embarrassed about his body to gaining his first Mr. Natural Bodybuilding Championship.
He has been working in the weight loss industry now for 20 years, and has developed ways to determine your body type and the nutritional needs for your particular type. He says there are 3 different types of body types, and the key to weight loss is to determine your own body type and “burn the fat, feed the muscle”. Burn the Fat is actually a book that Venuto has made available to his clients. It is 347 pages. Burn the Fat is so full of information that it’s almost staggering. While it is not necessarily what a person may be looking for if he/she is just trying to lose a few pounds, it most definitely is a good purchase for someone with serious weight to lose, who is fed up with diet plans.
Venuto makes a good point in the Burn the Fat book by stating that diet plans are designed to not work, so that the diet plan won’t lose customers. In his book, Venuto devotes a vast majority of his writing on consumer education. Then, there are sections on different types of workouts, from cardio to weight training. The exercise plans outlined are geared toward making sure you meet your body’s needs without injury.
